How To Grow

1Pour a few tablespoons of sprouting seeds into your grower + soak the whole bag in water at room temp for around 6-8 hours, depending on the variety.

2Once soaked, hang your bag above the sink or a bowl to drain water.

3Give your bag a quick but thorough rinse under the faucet 2x daily. Keep it hanging in between to drop dry.

That’s it! When you’re ready to harvest, store your full (and dry) Sprout Bag in the fridge!
