How To Grow
1Pour 3-4 Tbsp of sprouting seeds into your sprouting bag or jar + soak them in water at room temp for 6-8 hours.
2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage.)
3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. Drain in between.
That’s it! In 4-6 days, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handful into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge.
I’ve made no major change to anything I do, except the only vegetable(s) I eat are these sprouts! I put them in everything, pizza, sandwich, steak, burritos, pretty much any meal! I really like the assortment of flavors, they just work! Thanks Sproutman team!
We/ve tried the hessian bag and now have the jar. The bag worked great but the way we hung it one corner was sometimes in the dripped water and after about 3 months the corner started coming apart. BUT the sprouts were so great that we opted to try the jar and we love it. We got beans&greens and they fill the jar in 3-4 days in our south Texas summer temps of 80+. It's a tasty healthy addition to all meals including breakfast smoothies. Our thanks to the Sproutman guys!
