How To Grow

1Pour 4 Tbsp of sprouting seeds into your sprouting bag + soak them in water at room temp for 6-8 hours. (Keep one variety in each bag.)

2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or place it to ensure complete drainage.)

3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. Drain in between.
That’s it! Within a week, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handful into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge.

To activate any of the included seeds, soak 4-6 tablespoons of seeds in room temperature water for about 6-8 hours, or roughly overnight. Keep each seed to its own bag—we don’t recommend blending together different seeds if you’re just starting out.
Your sprouts should be ready to eat within 3-5 days, or up to a week. Store them in the fridge to keep them happy and fresh for another week!
Yes, always!

Make a super salad from your very first harvest! Top your Salad Mix sprouts with sprouted mung and/or a sprinkle of Power Protein—a little sliced avocado couldn’t hurt either. My first ever sprout growing has been with the organic broccoli sprouts. Much of what I am reading especially for my dogs is that all cruciferous veggies contain sulforaphane ... but the #1 source is broccoli sprouts. Sulforaphane written to help prevent cancer and also highly recommended for dogs with cancer. Thus I come to sprout growing.. I love these sprouts... They do not look or taste like the store varieties... yummy. They have not been difficult to grow and are ready to harvest in 5 days...
Satisfied 100%
I’ve had trouble in the past getting broccoli seed to sprout well, but this packet (my first time using Sproutman seeds) does better for me than the seed I’ve used before. I’m excited to be able to produce sprouts in my own kitchen instead of buying them from the grocery store!
My first time with these seeds and they did not grow well. I’ll try again with a little more time in darkness. Maybe 1.5 days instead of 24 hours.
I will let you know after the sprouts mature

They are fine - regular sprouts. In the past I had an issue with several batches going bad ( bacterial invasion ) so now I add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to the water on the first soaking.
Loved my broccoli seeds! Have already harvested one batch. Going to start another tomorrow.
Got my bags soaking with three different mixes. To sorry will continue. Love the bag and ease of use can't wait to see the growing sprouts..
Yay
I just ordered more of the protein mix which is my favorite. The seeds are healthy and grow very well, and they taste amazing! Prompt delivery. I will continue to use this site for my sprouting seeds.
I've just started some of the alfalfa and broccoli sprouts. So easy and they should be ready to harvest soon. I plan on using them in my tempeh/tomato/avocado sandwich as my lettuce. I've noshed on a few already and they are good. I know it sounds weird, but they are sooo much better than store-bought sprouts (that's all I'm used to).
I did exactly as directions stated - soaked sprouts, rinsed daily. I am not on my 10th day…tiny leaves starting to form…Not as advertised sorry to say.
Love the sprout bags! Made a ton of sprouts easily. Yummy!
My first ordered included two sprout bags, and I added radish and salad seeds to grow in jars. I am very happy with the products and am now trying to see how often I need to start seeds to ensure I never run out of fresh sprouts! So easy and so tasty!
