How To Grow

1Measure enough seed to make a thin layer covering the base of your tray grower. Then transfer to a jar or container and soak in room temperature water for 8 hours.

2Once soaked, drain all water and spread evenly in a single layer over your tray.

3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. (A spray bottle or mister works well too.)

That’s it! In 10 to 14 days, harvest by trimming your grass above the roots + store in a sealed container in the fridge for juicing!
