Organic Salad Mix Sprouting Seed
Head’s up, the seed package you receive may look different from what’s shown here. It’s still the same high-quality, organic seed as always, but amidst the surge in order volume, we’ve run out our typical packages. We hope you’ll pardon our appearance, and thank you as always for your loyalty and business
Move over boring old lettuce! It’s time to give your salad a nutrition (and flavor) upgrade.
Our Salad Mix is a highly nutritious blend of alfalfa, red clover, radish, and broccoli sprouts—and it isn’t just a tasty garnish. We have specially balanced this delightful blend to replace the lettuce in your favorite salads—trust us. With just the right balance of mild and lightly peppery, we could eat this one all day (and we often do!).
HOW TO GROW
Salad Mix sprouts mature in just 7 days! Once harvested, store the dry sprouts in the fridge in a bowl or bag with a little airflow. They should last for about a week (if you don’t eat them all before that!). Click here for more in depth growing instructions on sprouts and microgreens.

WHY OUR SPROUTING SEEDS ARE BEST
Not all seeds are equal! We source globally from select, trusted farms and importers. This allows us to offer an eclectic variety, and a consistently great quality.
Every batch is independently lab tested. The labs test for things like E. coli, salmonella, yeast, and molds. Every bag gets sampled and these samples get grown and tested. Nothing in microbiology is 100%, but these tests are the closest to guaranteeing purity. Only the cleanest batches are sent to us to be test-grown in our kitchen. Every seed is tested (sometimes multiple times) before it's allowed to go to packaging and wear the Sproutman badge.
I bought the salad mix and the sprouts are delicious.
Your product is performing as expected and as advertised.
In just a few short days I had sprouts pushing up the top of the sprouter. One tablespoon created enough sprouts to fill a 3-cup container and after they were rinsed and spent an hour greening up a little, they continued to add the crunch to sandwiches for a week.
So far so good
