Organic Daikon Radish Sprouting Seed
Head’s up, the seed package you receive may look different from what’s shown here. It’s still the same high-quality, organic seed as always, but amidst the surge in order volume, we’ve run out our typical packages. We hope you’ll pardon our appearance, and thank you as always for your loyalty and business
Growing Organic Daikon Radish Sprouting Seed
Feeling a little spicy?
If you like radish, you’ll love daikon radish sprouts! As with any sprout, the flavors of this sprout are much more concentrated and pronounced than they are in the mature vegetable. Being so unique, radish sprouts are the ideal secret ingredient for chefs and foodies who are looking for a bit more zing. And don’t worry, the sprouts contain powerful phytonutrients to mirror their powerful taste!
HOW TO GROW
Radish sprouts mature within 5 to 7 days for sprouts! Once harvested, store the dry sprouts in the fridge in a bowl or bag with a little airflow. They should last for about a week (if you don’t eat them all before that!). Click here for more in depth growing instructions on sprouts and microgreens.

WHY OUR SPROUTING SEEDS ARE BEST
Not all seeds are equal! We source globally from select, trusted farms and importers. This allows us to offer an eclectic variety, and a consistently great quality.
Every batch is independently lab tested. The labs test for things like E. coli, salmonella, yeast, and molds. Every bag gets sampled and these samples get grown and tested. Nothing in microbiology is 100%, but these tests are the closest to guaranteeing purity. Only the cleanest batches are sent to us to be test-grown in our kitchen. Every seed is tested (sometimes multiple times) before it's allowed to go to packaging and wear the Sproutman badge.
I love all of the microgreens so far, but the radish are my favorite.A little spicy and lots of YUM.
Hi. I recently bought radish sprouts from you. They grew fuzz, which I thought was mold, so I tossed that batch. A friend told me that is not mold, it’s just how those sprouts look! You guys should put that bit of advice right on the package. I have grown sprouts before, just not radish. I am sure every first-time grower who sees fuzz thinks it is mold, so why not put that info on your package? I am soaking a new batch, can’t wait to taste them!
I purchased radish, broccoli and alfalfa. No issues. All work great. I do a pre-soak in an EZ Sprouter and then transfer to the Sproutman's sprouting bag. Alfalfa really fast, radishes in the middle and broccoli you have to have some patience, but it happened. Sprouts happen!
Excellent--grew well--thank you!!
