1Pour 2-4 Tbsp of sprouting seeds into your bag or jar + soak them in water at room temp for 4-6 hours.

2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage.)

3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. Drain in between.

I’m new to sprouting, after seeing videos on YouTube talking about the health benefits I thought I’d try it myself. I bought broccoli sprouting seeds from a seller from a big online marketplace, and they didn’t sprout, and had a bad odor…waste of money. Organic Broccoli Sprouting Seeds grew quickly in my sprouting trays, and are delicious, but it is difficult to rinse out all the tiny seed casings left over after they are ready to eat - a little more time consuming than shelling other types of sprouts, but still worth doing to get to get to what these little powerhouses have to offer!
