How To Grow

1Pour 2-4 Tbsp of sprouting seeds into your bag or jar + soak them in water at room temp for 4-6 hours.

2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage.)

3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. Drain in between.

That’s it! In 5-6 days, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handfu1l into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge
