Spread your pre-soaked seeds in a single layer on the mesh. (Stick with one type of seed per tier—don’t mix and match if you’re not an expert.) Then, simply water the top tier twice daily, allowing the water to trickle down into the collecting reservoir (you can dump the excess water daily). Repeat for 5-10 days, until your sprouts are ready!

Hand clean tiers and reservoir with a sponge, a brush, hot water, and mild soap in between harvests.
