How To Grow
1Measure enough seed to make a thin layer covering the base of your tray grower. Then transfer to a jar or container and soak in room temperature water for 4 hours.
2Once soaked, drain all water and spread evenly over tray.
3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. (A spray bottle or mister works well, too).
That’s it! In 7-10 days, you ’re ready to harvest! Pop a handful into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge.
