How To Grow

1Pour 4 Tbsp of sprouting seeds into your sprouting bag + soak them in water at room temp for 6-8 hours. (Keep one variety in each bag.)

2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or place it to ensure complete drainage.) ⁠ 

3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. Drain in between.

That’s it! Within a week, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handful into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge.

Sproutman is the best way to grow sprouts easily!
