How To Grow

1Pour a few tablespoons of sprouting seeds into your sprouting bag or jar + soak them in water at room temp. (Soaking time depends on the variety. Keep one variety in each bag.)

2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage.)

3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily.

That’s it! Within a week, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handful into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge.

Thank you Noah for your prompt attention to my order. I am growing the sunflower seeds as well as the powder protein. The sprouts should be in five days for harvest. Can't wait to check them out!

Always fresh!

I've been sprouting for decades and one of the key factors for producing great sprouts is freshness. The boys at Sproutman ALWAYS deliver! Sprout on!

Nice variety and successful sprouting.

I already sprout but needed larger quantities and variety. I bought this and jars and bags to use and to share with a friend who hasn’t been as successful with sprouting. Would definitely purchase here again. And…
Just did the 7 day juice fast with y’all! 2023

Don’t Start with Radish Sprouts!

I’ve been sprouting for a year now, ordering my seeds from a different supplier. Thought I would try you out. And when I saw the beginner package, I thought I’d try it as it had small sized samples of some I hadn’t tried before. I was shocked when I sprouted the radish. It is soooo strong! And then the broccoli blend, I come to find there’s radish in there too! And enough radish that it overpowers the rest of what’s in the blend. If this was my first time sprouting, I’d say this is not for me, too strong! I’m thankful that I’ve experienced the milder tasting sprouts, which is what was recommended to me by an experienced sprouter. So I started with alfalfa, clover, broccoli, French (aka puy) lentils (I noticed you don’t sell this one?). I ask you, for the sake of newbie sprouters, please come up with a beginner variety that includes milder tasting sprouts. And also, less pasty ones like in the Power Protein. The pastimes takes a bit of getting use to. Sprouting is so fun and so good for us, so let’s do what we can to get more people onto this. Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to give feedback. 🙏
