1Pour a few tablespoons of sprouting seeds into your sprouting bag or jar + soak them in water at room temp. (Soaking time depends on the variety. Keep one variety in each bag.)
2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage.)
3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily.
That’s it! Within a week, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handful into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge.

To activate any of the included seeds, soak 4-6 tablespoons of seeds in room temperature water for about 6-8 hours, or roughly overnight. Keep each seed to its own bag or jar—we don’t recommend blending together different seeds if you’re just starting out.
