What's inside?
       Organic mustard seeds, organic arugula seeds, organic cress seeds - all triple-tested to ensure purity. 

How do I grow these microgreens?
        Do not pre-soak seeds. 

  1. Line a growing tray with soil or your preferred medium. (Need growing supplies? Click here!) Sprinkle with dry seeds leaving space in between seeds. 
  2. Spray with water until lightly damp, but not soaked. Cover loosely with plastic or a lid to help retain moisture. 
  3. Check daily and water as needed keeping the seeds lightly damp. Harvest by trimming above the roots in 7-10 days! 

Are these seeds organic/non-GMO/gluten-free?
       Yes, always!
