How do I grow these microgreens? 
         Pre-soak seeds for 6-12 hours

  1. Line your growing tray with soil or your preferred medium, if desired. (Need growing supplies? Click here!) Evenly spread the pre-soaked seeds on top, in one even layer. 
  2. Spray with water until lightly damp, but not soaked. Cover loosely with plastic or a lid to help retain moisture. 
  3. Check daily and water as needed, keeping the seeds damp. Harvest by trimming above the roots in 10-12 days!
