To activate your seeds, follow the specific directions on the back of each seed’s package. Generally to start, you soak 3-4 tablespoons of a seed variety in room temperature water for about 6-8 hours, roughly overnight. However, some seeds—like broccoli and sunflower—thrive with a shorter soaking time of around 4-6 hours, so make sure to consult each individual package.

Your sprouts should be ready to eat within 5-7 days. Store them in the fridge to keep them happy and fresh for another week!
