How To Grow

1Pour 2-4 Tbsp of sprouting seeds into your sprouting bag or jar + soak them in water at room temp for 6-8 hours.

2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage.)

3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. Drain in between.

That’s it! In 5-6 days, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handful into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge.

Love the quality of these products. Packages well and shipped timely. Great variety of seeds to chose from. I Love growing goodness!

The profuct is OK however the customer service for this vendor is not existent plus it took longer than 5-10 bus days for me to receive the product, I even had to open a dispute with my bank, before I received the product.

1- website is not that user friendly on how to contact vendor

2- sent email and wait 48hrs for a human to answer my email and never received an answer as to where would be my product or no apologies. Nothing

3- filed dispute w my bank for product never received and after 2 weeks the product was delivered.
