How To Grow
1Pour 2-4 Tbsp of sprouting seeds into your bag or jar + soak them in water at room temp for 4 hours.
2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage.)
3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. Drain in between.
That’s it! In 5-6 days, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handfu1l into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge
The Broccoli Blend are my favorite sprouts yet! Love the spicy notes from the mustard along with the health benefits of broccoli. We eat these for breakfast and they definitely give us an energy boost! So good. The germination of these seeds has been great too.
Just completed sprouting the Broc Blend seeds. Amazing! I've been eating them on all my savory food items, from Buddha Bowl to burritos. I had heard that broccoli sprout had a strong sulfur smell, but these did not. They have a spicy flavor similar to very mild wasabi - not the sinus opening "oh man" wasabi flavor, but more like "oh, I taste a little wasabi, that is really good".
Fast growing sprouts and delicious.
This blend is really yummy, but it definitely has a spicy kick to it from the arugula and radish! More something you'd put on eggs/salads/sandwiches rather than in a smoothie but really enjoying it and it was so easy to grow. We're in a hotel for awhile for a work assignment and it's weirdly thrilling to be able to grow something even in our teeny space!
