Your digestive tract is the busiest organ in your body. Day after day, year after year, it maneuvers pounds of food inside you. Is your digestion energizing and nourishing you? Or, are the stresses of digestion and elimination taxing and draining your health and longevity? This easy-to-follow book leads you through the process of stopping indigestion and assimilating more nutrition from what you eat. Adam had it easy. He ate the fruit off the trees and the leaves from the plants. There was no pasta, pesto, or pizza. Our modern diet, with all its processing, cooking, canning, micro-waving, and artificial ingredients, requires more dietary gusto than our sedentary lifestyles can muster. Flatulence is not the only fallout. We pay for our indigestion by sacrificing some of our mental acuity, immunity, energy, and longevity. Every stress on the digestion/elimination system is a drain on our daily energy level and a threat to our long range health. By adding some simple concepts and stopping bad habits, we can optimize our digestive efficiency and reap the dividends of increased energy and robust health.
Steve Meyerowitz discusses Food Combining & Digestion (3 min 11 sec):
Man can survive on only one third of his daily food intake. The other two thirds goes to benefit the health insurance and medical care industries. – Steve Meyerowitz

Ever since we have been eating Sprouts, our meals are fantastic! They are so nutritional! We love them with sandwiches, steaks, potatoes, salads, and just about anything else.
If you are thinking about growing Sprouts, it's really easy to do. On the back of the bag of your Sprouts, it will tell you to use 3-4 or 4-5 tablespoons of seed. So, you simply put whichever amount of seed you think you'll like into the jars. And fill the jars half full of tap water. Let them soak for a total of 8 hours. And because the top of the jars have a built in stainless steel straining screen, your Sprout seeds won't fall out when you pour the rinse water out. So, put your jars back on the Drip Stand and wait until the next day.
Then the next morning, simply fill your jars again with tap water half full. Let them stand for about two minutes (I use warm water for the rinsing). And while doing the rinsing be sure to drain the Drip Pan and rinse it with tap water and do the same for the bottom of the Drip Stand each time you rinse your jars. And then return your jars to the Drip Stand. And then rinse the same way again every evening. And the next day repeat the same process.
It's okay for the water to drip out of your jars into the Drip Pan because it allows the water to evaporate back up into your jars to keep your Sprouts hydrated and makes it easy for your Sprouts grow!
It takes about four days for your Sprouts to be ready. Plus, your family will find it fun to watch them grow.
Once you have your jars full of Sprouts, take them out of the jars and put them in food containers of your choice. They store very well in your refrigerator for about four days.
And now it's time to go ahead and clean your jars, the Drip Stand and Drip Pan using regular dish washing soap. Once cleaned and dry, you are ready to select different Sprouts and start another batch.
We set our jars and Drip Stand and Drip Pan right next to our Kitchen sink so we have easy access to them. The Sprouts don't have to have sunlight to grow. Natural light light works just fine.
If you haven't tried growing Sprouts, then get your two jars, the Drip Stand and the Drip Pan and your two sample packs for $39.00 and go ahead while you are at it and add your Sprout seed sampler starter pack at $35.00 to your order. It will give you plenty of different kinds of Sprout seeds for you to try out. And the packages last for a good while.
And because you'll find yourself enjoying really great tasting Sprouts, and you are about to run out, just go to the website and simply order more. And don't forget, once you are a customer you can easily take advantage of your price discounts. Just follow the simple instructions when ordering! It's that easy!
Growing Sprouts is so simple. We do it all the time. If we can do it, so can you!!!
