How To Grow
1Pour 2-4 Tbsp of sprouting seeds into your bag or jar + soak them in water at room temp for 6-8 hours.
2Once soaked, drain water. (Hang bag or tilt jar to ensure complete drainage.)
3Give your seeds a quick but thorough rinse 2x daily. Drain in between.
That’s it! In 6-7 days, you’re ready to harvest! Pop a handfu1l into your mouth + store the rest in the fridge
I've not had these sprouts before. The yellow liquid coming off the seeds was odd. That lasted only two days, rinsing twice daily. They had a slightly bitter taste when they first sprouted. As the sprouts matured they developed a pleasant nutty taste.
I love Fenugreek sprouts. Their taste, the way they smell when growing is similar to a caramel smell but without the added sugar and fat. Fenugreek will always be one of my favorite sprouts to eat.
i told the sprout lady rita that in thought a lot of the seeds alfalfa didn't sprout
My favorite sprouts to grow as they sprout days faster than broccoli, and are tasty, big and juicy. Fenugreek has great health benefits apparently, glad Sproutman had them in stock!
Great as always:)
