These Terms & Conditions define your rights and obligations as a user of the Sproutman Publications, LLC., website (www.sproutman.com). We are Sproutman Publications, LLC., a US company. We own and operate the Sproutman® website.  By accessing the Sproutman® website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use as modified by us from time to time.

Reproduction in any way without express written permission from the content provider is strictly prohibited.

Errors and Inaccuracies

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions—including after an order has been submitted—and to change or update information, including prices, at any time without prior notice. If a product we offer is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition (please see returns, refunds and replacements). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


If the goods you ordered are not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will inform you of the cancelation at which point you may contact us to provide you with goods of a similar quality and specification and we’ll do our best to offer as best a deal as we can, this may include making up the difference with other products!


All in stock items shall be shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Back ordered items shall be shipped upon availability of the item unless cancelled by customer prior to shipment. Please note Sproutman Publications, LLC., reserves the right to cancel back ordered items not shipped within 30 days due to potential price volatility beyond the 30 day period.

Returns, refunds and replacements

Our Return Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization number. Obtain your RA# and instructions, Contact Us. Or, call us at (800) 777-6881 – Ext. 100 between 12 and 3PM ET.

Appliance Refund: On new unopened or unused products returned with an RA# and within 30 days, you get your merchandise cost refunded less credit card/bank charges and a restocking fee which amounts to a 95% refund. Freight is not refundable. Your product must include ALL parts, packing materials, instruction booklets, and paperwork. Used or opened products get a maximum refund of 80% of the merchandise cost. We strive to be fair and reasonable with your return.

Cosmetic Products: Cosmetic products such as Dr. Wheatgrass (including Super Shots) cannot be returned once opened.

Digital Products: Digital products such as eBooks may not be returned once downloaded.

Return Shipping Address: The address on the box is NOT always the address for making your return. We will provide the correct shipment address for your return along with the Return Authorization Number.

Insurance: We are not responsible for lost returns. Please return all products via UPS or any other method that provides tracking and insurance information. We cannot not refund you if we never receive your return or it arrives damaged. Package your product carefully in the original packaging. You are responsible for getting it to us in good condition.

Online Classes: Full refunds are available if your request is received in writing by 9am Eastern time on the first day of the class. After that time, there are no monetary refunds, however, credit may be available.

Organic Sprouting Seeds: Unopened seeds can be returned within 30 days of your invoice date for full credit. A return authorization number is required. Opened seeds cannot be returned.

You may cancel your order before we have shipped the product to you or before we have provided the services for which you contracted, but not more than seven days from the date we send your order confirmation. For products shipped please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details. To cancel, send your cancellation notice by email to service@sproutman.com. The cancellation notice must include your name, a description of the products or services, the order number and the date of the order. Attaching the order confirmation we originally sent you will also assist us in processing your cancellation as quickly as possible. The order number is stated in the order confirmation we email to you when we accept your order.

Damage Shipments, shortages, or refused shipments

Any damaged or short shipments must be reported within 24 hours of their receipt. For damaged shipments, the original box and packing materials MUST be held until the shipping carrier who delivered the item deems them unnecessary for claim purposes. If not reported within 24 hours, we are unable to initiate a claim and the package is deemed as received in acceptable condition. For all shipments refused by the recipient, all freight charges and fees, both to the customer and the return shipping from the customer, shall be paid by the customer that initiated the order.

Defective Merchandise

Any defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by each manufacturer and their respective limited warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty is in full effect once the product leaves the warehouse and is accepted by the customer. For any issues please contact service@sproutman.com and the issue will be passed to the relevant supplier.

Any merchandise that is Sproutman® branded is subject to the terms and conditions as follows.  The customer must contact Sproutman® via email at service@sproutman.com to initiate a claim, a team member will be in touch as soon as possible.  The product must be deemed defective by a team member at the Sproutman® office. The product must contain all original parts and packaging materials otherwise fees outlined in the returns, refunds, and replacements section of this agreement will be applicable. Once received the product will be evaluated, if it’s deemed to be a manufacturers defect Sproutman® will send a replacement product (within 3 months) or equivalent credit will be issued as soon as possible at no cost to the customer.  However, if it is deemed defective due to improper use or negligence by the customer the product will not be replaced, the product will be sent back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for all costs incurred including shipping costs incurred for sending to Sproutman®.

Risk of Loss

When you purchase items from us on this website, please inform us within 10 days if non-receipt so we can track your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Sproutman® cannot ship products to a P.O. Box address, all costs of retrieval for incorrect addresses will be at the customers expense. A physical address must be given at checkout or by email.
