Organic Adzuki Bean Sprouting Seed


A cousin of mung beans. Crisp and crunchy.

Adzuki is a little more colorful than mung, a little starchier, and a little meatier. To clean adzuki sprouts, empty the sprouts into a pot full of water, stir and skim off the green hulls as they float to the top. Of course, it is perfectly fine to eat some hulls – it is just fiber.
