Return Authorization: Before shipping anything, kindly telephone or email us and request a Return Authorization Number.
Shipping Address: The address on the box is NOT always the address for making your return. We will provide the correct shipment address for your return along with the Return Authorization Number.
Insurance: We are not responsible for lost returns. Please return all products via UPS or any other method that provides tracking information and insurance. We cannot not refund you if we never receive anything or if your return arrives damaged. Package your product carefully in the original packaging. You are responsible for getting it to us in good condition.
