This study reviews the medical research between diet and cancer. The results of twenty-eight studies done between 1994 to 2003 were assessed against a range of cancers such as pharyngeal, laryngeal, esophageal, lung, gastric, bladder, prostate, breast and colorectal cancers. In nearly all the cases, vegetables whether cooked or raw, improved one’s immunity against these cancers, but the raw diet was statistically superior in reducing cancer risk.
